Then The pose was extra wonky and then blam! It became an excuse to draw Nightcrawler. But then it took a long time to figure out the right way the hands should go and then I was out of time. Sometimes it comes easy, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ll definitely finish this one up in the future though. With color even!⠀

Amazing project, Ossi! 🤖🤖 Posted with permission via @withregram from #rovotfacer @ossyhello: “Done! I'm proud of this one. Done in collaboration with 5B of Paijala School in Tuusula, Finland. The students drew me anti-bullying robots and I combined them as one robot.⠀

The process of this kind of paintings is ofter straight forward. Gather paints and equipment -> go to the destination -> paint until finished. This size is usually about eight hours or less. Yesterday I hit a wall after lunch and couldn't continue. I don't know what it was. I came back today and had a drive to finish what I started. It only too a few hours.⠀

Some of the features on the robot are obvious from the anti-bullying standpoint, some are not as obvious. Some are straight up strange. All of the features are picked from the kids' robots. I don't want to question them. The kids' intentoons or the features of their robots. My task is to use the features as they've intended: as parts of their important robots. Their robots that are so human that they sense when a child is in danger and come for help.⠀

My robot is a combination vessel for their own bigger task. A totem of their combined empathy.”⠀
